Ex 8:19 Then the magicians said
unto Pharaoh,
This is the finger
of God:
and Pharaoh’s heart was hardened, and he hearkened
not unto them; as the LORD had said.

Several
brothers from the church were unjustly brought
before the judge by people who had bribed the people
working under the judge with a around 4000 dollars, which caused the brothers
to be accused without a chance to defend themselves
with witnesses. With only a few days left before
these brothers were to be thrown in jail, everything
was turned around and they were found not guilty of
all charges laid against them. The lawyer of these
brothers talked to the judge and asked him what had
happened. The judge answered "I just had a strong
doubt in my heart." I asked the lawyer, "Who
put that doubt in the judges heart?" The
lawyer said "GOD!" We see that God still
hardens and softens hearts according to HIS
Righteous and Merciful Justice.

During an encounter weekend several girls received
deliverance from demonic oppression and received the
infilling of the Holy Spirit. One girl, named Mari,
who had blamed herself for the death of her sister
since she was 6 years old and who had not cried
since the tragedy happened which was over 10 years
ago was completely and totally transformed in her
character which was being distorted through demonic
oppression and guilt. The tears she shed that
weekend made up for the 10 years of bottled-up pain
she had carried for so long. During that
weekend she was filled with the Spirit and began to
sing a beautiful song in the Spirit completely free.
These young women experienced the finger of God!
Luke 11:20 But if I
with the finger of
God cast out devils,
no doubt the kingdom of God is come upon you.
On a
visit with the municipal president, even though he
wasn't in, God opened the doors to give us favour
with the people around the president. They informed
us on how to apply for the benefits we were seeking
for the ministry and informed us that they would be
thrilled to work with us on our project of helping
young single women with their spiritual, emotional
and financial needs.
July 2011
Antonio,
a member in our church, was visiting a commander of
the judicial police at a farm, along with several
ranking army officers. While there, a large rooster
came into sight and the commander jokingly said,
"Today is bad luck for the rooster!" He pulled out
his pistol, aimed and fired. To his dismay nothing
happened since he hadn't placed a bullet in the
chamber. He then did so and took aim again and fired
and all they heard was a CLICK. Upon ejecting the
bullet they found that the bullet had been indented
so as to make it fire but nothing had happened. With
disgust, he loaded another bullet, aimed and fired,
but again nothing more then a CLICK was heard. Again
they discovered the same condition on the second
bullet, when they looked up again the rooster had
fled behind the cars. So a soldier pulled out his
pistol and shot in the air, disgruntled the
commander shot in the air as well and to
everybody's surprise this time his pistol went off.
The commander told everybody that the rooster sure
had a lot of luck that day. Antonio blurted out "No,
actually God didn't want you to kill that rooster!"
I later told Antonio that he had just witnessed the
finger of God.
A
week after our first attempt to see the municipal
president we again went to see him, this time we
were quickly ushered in before anybody else could be
attended by the president. He heard of how we were
serving his municipality and how we were not asking
for money. To our surprise in less than 10
minutes of talking, he quickly agreed to support us
by forgiving our yearly property taxes and business
licenses and offered to help us with our water bills
and look for where we can open up other store
fronts and houses. He then transferred us to another woman who
heard about what we are doing and is very excited to
work with us in helping young ladies in the
community. She said that she had prayed that
God would direct her to institutions that could help
her with this project with counselling, conferences,
work and live-in experiences since she doesn't have
experience in that area but has the heart to help
where she can. She was so thrilled about our
encounter with her that she said, "It's God that put
us together." She opened up her heart of her
need for counselling and for God and wants to come
to church! Before we went in to talk with the
president, we prayed that if God wanted us to
participate with the government that He would give
us favour with the president. Since we were not going
to try and convince him, God would have to do that.
All that went with me agreed that we had just seen
the finger of God at work!
The
only things that are pleasing to God are acts of
obedience that require FAITH to do them. |
